Junior project manager
We are looking for a junior project manager having ideally 1 to 2 years of experience and able to assist a senior project manager and to integrate a complete project team. A first experience in project management activities, ideally in the IT domain and more specifically in the ERP implementation is an asset.
Your mission
We desire to give you the following missions, initially supporting the project manager and then as owner of the activity :
- Preparation and update of the project management tools,
- IT project management (planning, budget, issues, risks, quality, workload estimates, reporting),
- Analysis of the business requirements, business process modeling, workshop organization, …
- RFP writing,
- Coordination of all parties involved in projects (consultants, subcontractors, client personnel).
Your profile
- You have a university degree in business management or IT.
- You have a first professional experience ideally in project management roles in IT solution implementation, and more specifically in ERP (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Oracle, …).
- You have good analytical skills, and are able to write professional documents, and to communicate in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of a project management methodology (HERMES, PMBOK, Prince2, SCRUM or other) is an asset.
- Profound knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as MS Project or equivalent.
- You speak and write French and English fluently. Dutch would be an additional asset.
- In addition, you can demonstrate your ability to identify potential business opportunities when working with our clients.
- You are ready to work remotely and/or on client site in Belgium and Luxembourg. Flexibility to travel occasionally abroad is also requested.
